🚨 Important Update: Export Issue Fixed (Offline Download Only)

Hi everyone, I’m posting a quick but important update regarding a bug that was recently reported and has now been fully resolved.

What happened?

A user flagged an issue that affects downloaded copies of the app when opened directly from the file system (for example, by double-clicking index.html).

In this specific setup, some card background artwork and fonts could fail to appear correctly when exporting cards.

Who is affected?

This issue only affects:

• Users who downloaded the app

• And run it by opening index.html directly from their computer

Who is NOT affected?

• ✅ The version running on itch.io

• ✅ Anyone running the app behind a local or remote HTTP server

• ✅ Users who haven’t downloaded the app locally

What’s the status?

✅ The issue has been fixed and a patched build is now available.

What do I need to do?

If you downloaded the app previously and run it locally by opening index.html, please re-download the latest version to ensure everything works as expected.
